What we take on
Work we do across the island
We take on private houses, commercial buildings, roadworks and drainage, and the engineering and drawing work that sits behind all of it. Some clients come to us for the whole job. Others come for one piece of it, and that is fine too.

Building Construction
Houses, apartments, shops and offices, built from the foundation up. We handle the block work, the concrete, the steel, the roof, the finishes and the external works, and we supervise it ourselves.

Civil Engineering
Access roads, parking areas, drains, culverts, retaining walls, site clearing and earthworks. Drainage gets designed for the rain we actually get here, not for a light shower.

Structural Engineering
Structural design for new buildings, extensions and repairs. Foundations, slabs, beams, columns and roof structures, sized for the loads and the ground they are actually sitting on.

Architectural Drafting
Floor plans, elevations, sections, site plans and detail drawings. Drawn properly, dimensioned properly, and set out the way the parish council wants to receive them.

Engineering Consultancy
Advice before you commit money. Site inspections, feasibility checks, contractor quotations reviewed, and reports on buildings that have cracked, settled or leaked.

Property Management and Development
Taking land from title to serviced lots, developing it, and then looking after the finished property. Useful if you own here but live somewhere else.
Common questions
Before you call us
Do you do small jobs
Yes. A boundary wall, a bathroom extension or a set of drawings for approval are all normal work for us. Tell us what it is and we will say plainly whether we are the right people for it.
Where do you work
Across Jamaica. Most of our work is in Kingston, Saint Andrew and Saint Catherine, and we take jobs in the other parishes when the project is worth the travel.
Can you just do the drawings
Yes. Plenty of clients use us for drafting and structural design only, then build with their own contractor. We are happy to answer that contractor questions during the build.
How long does approval take
It depends on the parish and on how complete the submission is. We prepare drawings to reduce the number of times they come back for more information.
What does a quote cost
Nothing. The first site visit and the quotation are free. You only pay once you accept a scope and a price in writing.
